@Ashley_Webster In Slic3r, extrusion width as a percent is calculated over layer height. In Cura, I believe it is calculated relative to the normal extrusion width.
Even if you aren’t printing fat lines, your first layer printing speed shouldn’t be more than 20-30mm/s, so the increased extrusion rate shouldn’t be an issue.
