No blobs or anything like that now. I did break my part fan mount cause I had a part so stuck and my hand slipped and busted it lol. So I printed another mount. Getting glue sticks a nice thin layer is kinda tough. Anyways. I hate fighting this extruder. Anything I change or modify something happens heh.
Use Hairspray. I use it on glass and it works perfectly. Heated bed to 38’
If you want to make a fine layer of glue just put it on the plate, spray a bit of water over it and use a wipe to spread it thin. Most of the glue will end up in the wipe and the layer of glue remaining will be thin.
Not so easily with an aluminum plate.
