You are being argumentative for the sake of it, clinging onto anything I write like your life depended on it and ending up distorting what I wrote. You are either doing it on purpose, aka defection and distortion, or you just do not get it thus I am simply wasting my time putting my point accross.
I’ll repeat, NO refugee camp is set up for the long term. Conceptually camps are established temporarily thus NO permanent structures are deemed necessary. Of-course, in practice camps can exist for years, however, that does not negate the conceptual basis of setting the camp up.
Additionally, resettlement NEVER occurs in the camps (both conceptually and actually / practically), as such, the construction of permanent structures in camps in the guise of resettlement is pure fiction!
