Yes, I learned solder works much better than heat shrink. It happened twice.
Now if I can only wire my limit switches, E-stop & pwm correctly I’ll be good. Problem is, the spindle I bought is 400 watts (which sounded like a lot at the time). But, it is awfully weak. Swm3d sells an 800 watt spindle with PSU for $219, but I think I may use my Bosch 1617 router I purchased for it initially. I won’t have spindle control, but I’ll have 2.25 hp. Plus I just bought multiple carbide bits for it.
@George_Allen I like my lil 400w. :-). But some do like the bigger guy.
