I bought a Moai SLA printer. It uses Galvometers to steer the beam. It also has " something" that interprets G-code and drives the Galvos. It is totally possible to build something similar to this that works with LaserWeb. Only difference would be the size. The Galvo assemblies on ebay are much larger.
could also use a voice-coil controlled lens and an IR or Ultrasonic distance sensor then could probably have a simpler time managing the focal point. would also need some form of beam distortion correction when beaming to the extents.
