Looking at the prints the slicer is not your biggest issue here. to compare you’d need to get the printer sorted and then print both test prints the same layer heights and positioning. a slicer can’t fix a problem with the printer.
P.S. thinking about that for a minute: Well theoretically your slicer probably could fix z wobble if it knew how the screws where bent and shifted the layers accordingly to compensate. But that’s throwing electronics at bad design.
