Hello! It's a long time since I've posted here.

@Filipe_Campos In my case I’m using ballscrew with 4mm pitch. I’ve tried to find 8mm screw with same pitch but most of them are made with 8mm pitch. It isn’t particularly good quality neither.

@Topias_Korpi same where… never found cheap 8mm ballscrew, this is why i used a thread screw. small ones i found was 12mm with 4mm.
I using this one:
http://www.motedis.com/shop/Dynamics-linear-units/trapezoidal-threaded-spindle-accessories/trapezoidal-threaded-spindle/steel-Trapezoidal-threaded-spindle/Trapezoidal-threaded-spindle-RPTS-right-TR-8x15-L%3D500mm::3952.html

It look to have good quality, but is can be the cause of my problem. So until a find the cause i can not recommend it.

@Filipe_Campos then your odd layer artifacts may be drag in the Bowden (believe it or not)…I overcame some artifact it by replacing the PTFE line.

@Mike_Miller no, i think is related with the thread screw, telling this because the z banding was a very visible pattern and is the same lenght of the screw pitch.

Z-lift it a feature in some slicers where the bed moves farther than the layer height, then returns to the correct level to compensate for any backlash in the system. It’s worth a try. There’s nothing particularly special about my cantilever, but they’re unforgiving of any mis-alignment.

@Mike_Miller I will give a try, can you tell me a slider that was this feature? i using cura and i do not remember to see on this one.

@Filipe_Campos curs has a plugin for it, but I never got it running to my satisfaction. I believe Slic3r has it, too.

After 35 hours, this and few other parts was ready! Turned out pretty good.
