Sorry but you can sell there Samsung proved that.
It won its cases outside the USA and that proves the US patent law is flawed and the USA market is not a third of the world anymore

@Jasper_Janssen on which point China Middle East Europe and Russia are as big if not bigger. Seems to me that you mean the Americas.
As for US patent law it is flawed thats a fact.
Did Apple lose in Europe yes they did trying to enforce a US patent.
Really it seems your a little out of touch.
If you have a good patent you do it world wide so that proved this to be a flawed patent.
