@Matthew_Del_Rosso That clicking noise is a skip of the extruder drive gear on the filament and a bad sign. Either your filament is too cold or some of the teeth on the drive gear are clogged or worn.
185 is a lot better and 10 C will make a big difference but it still seems low. Headed in the right direction I think.
