its where the head changes direction. you can try to print it as a spiral vase. under cura open expert settings ctrl+e then black magic spiralise outer contour

@Michael_Scholtz I can not print spiral as I need a much thicker wall ( skin ). The person does not does not want it thin so I have to give a thicker wall. Thanks

Only other thing I can think is a different slicer

You can adjust retraction and wipe, but there’s no way to make it completely go away. Some slicers have a randomize start point. So they don’t all line up.
