I’m having the same kind of issue, though not quite as bad.
Hi @Oystein_Krog , i changed out the Z-spindles, at that time i tried with M4 rods and it was too slow, after changing to TR10x3 the problem dissapeared and increased the speed and the acceleration of the Z-axis.
Hm ok, I have Tr8*8 and use 30 mm/sec max with 3000 mm/s^2 acceleration and 5 mm/sec as jerk (I use Marlin).
I think that is fairly fast, but what do you use?
