I just read an article from the 3D Hubs newsletter,

you could just scroll the comments up a bit for pics and videos

@Rene_Jurack than make some more moulds, pure them all at once, and if you organise things up you can have easy 100pcs/8h, that’s 300 pieces in three working days, and that’s total 5min/piece max. BTW, cannot find the piece you are talking about anywhere.

I am sorry, you are right. I put them on another thread. Here you go:

I see, the only problem I see is silicone, not sure how fast it cures, but in general it should be ready in 1 hour. You are spending way too much time cleaning and the tooling is way to complicated. You can easily get away with two part mould for this and put all 4 in one mould and make four or more moulds and you will speed up things considerably. Forget about printing moulds (if I see correct you are using SLA printed ones) for casting, I’d get some high A shore PU rubber and make moulds out of it.

@Rene_Jurack nice results! But yes I see what you mean about fiddly.
I feel like the inner piece could be permanently joined to that side, and when the pieces are pulled apart it would grab out the part.
(and a few other tricks like multiple parts in the mold and tightening screws to push the sides apart, maybe even compressed air demolding)
