I looking into starting a small business...what are some metal parts that people are

@Henry_Wooldridge assuming you can get screws long enough to trim the length!!!

@Henry_Wooldridge @NathanielStenzel @Carlton_Dodd or a hacksaw. I like using a hacksaw, myself. You can do lots of low precision machining with a hacksaw.

@Brad_Hopper & @Phillip_Katete , I see people using both 9mm and 12.7mm (1/2 inch). What is the most common size?

I think the most common size is 1/2" balls. But since I posted this suggestion to you I have now seen 2-3 new vendors either making or sourcing drilled/tapped balls. Not sure it’s a hot item any more.

@Brad_Hopper , Thanks!, I have noticed that also. The thing with me though is that I can do any size that people need for less cost. So if anyone wants any other size steel balls, I can thread them for you. I see their prices are $1.35 each for 10mm with a M3, I was thinking a set of 12 for $14 ($1.16 each). As long as I can get the steel balls, I can thread them to any size thread. (M3, M4, 8-32, 10-32, what ever you want). Just Email me if you would like some made, gillblazer@gmail.com
