If you have another printer, I would try that roll of filament on another printer printing the same thing. That would eliminate a few variables.
I know it’s probably not the filament, but it’s a quick way to rule it out as a possibility.
So it turns out my cooling fan was dead, the bearing was shot. It’s at the back of my extruder, so I didn’t see it right away. A quick swap of the fan and we’re back up and running. Thanks for all the help everyone! A great support community indeed!! 
You are somewhat lucky my prints will littarly do a 20° angle
