Turning it is easy. Turning it precisely and adjusting it precisely and repeatably is not necessarily so easy.
Im just saying i get more than acceptable results with analog and that is my reasoning for not getting drivers with digipots. I’m also a blacksmith. I prefer forging knives to cutting blanks. Analog still has its benefits. Especially with set it and forget it parts. And with a multimeter accuracy isn’t an issue.
