the 10mm/sec extruder speed equals the 250mm/sec print speed with a 0,5mm nozzle at 0,24mm layerheight.
the limiting speed factor is the motor, which stalls at 11mm/sec

That doesn’t look like 250mm/s to me. Try reducing the microstepping ratio on the extruder and see if that changes your print speed.
The effect was quite noticeable for me under less extreme conditions.
