@Stephanie_A the solder was actually all good, really surprised me. But I did have that insulated pretty well.
It broke where it connects. I’m going to bet it had weakened when I installed it the first time while moving it around.
So for conclusion to this post… Well, I’m not really sure what all fixed it.
Temp settings is now at 240/100
Extrusion multiplier 1.1
Z offset -0.18 (I find this odd…)
Switched slicers from cura to mattercontrol
