The claims cover an x-y-z gantry. Deltas are parallel kinematic actuators, should be ok. IANAL
Make your own chamber. Stratasys isn’t going to do anything to you if you make one for yourself. Then you can all stop bickering about nothing.
The Stratasys heated build volume patents that I’ve found really cover bellows systems for isolating the extruder drive & motors from the heated volume. As contrived as it seems, that’s what it really is. If there’s other patents I’ve missed, then let me know. The ones I saw are pretty clearly not just putting a machine in an oven.
Uhm. Nice extruder. Thanks for the review Tom.
great video :), keep’em coming :), Wouldn’t mind that hotend for everyday printing with PLA, Don’t really care for the extruder.
If anyone is looking for the link, Its expensive $224 http://shop.dyzedesign.com/product/kit-dyzend-x-dyzextruder-1-75mm-126885.html
It shows me $173 For the complete set, hot end and extruder, with the high temp thermistor option in the hot end. But I don’t see a shipping cost yet. But the fact that it traps plastic in the spring system makes it a huge turn-off.
It’s available in the US as well. Helps avoid that surprise duties charge…
Hello. I love your guides, can you please do a review on the ultimaker 2plus hotend, that hotend seems to be very reliable
