You know you’re working with CURA to much when you right click on a photo and try to move to a different viewing angle. fail

@Steve_L PLA .2mm layer height 1.2mm shell and 50% infill on all parts

@Steve_L Yes. Other plastics may be harder but that doesn’t mean pla is soft. It’s plenty strong it just doesn’t like temps over around 90C about the only time that will happen is at the print head so you insulate it and if your printer is in a heated chamber which you don’t need for printing pla. I’ve printer car parts in pla and they last a long time.

@Steve_L I print every printer with PLA parts. If you have good insulation from heated beds and hotends you should not have any issues. Don’t leave stuff in a hot garage though… Had a friend do that with his printer last week and it didn’t end well… My printer has 1200+ hours on it with all pla parts. Not one had been replaced.
