3D printed chromosome jewellery collection in bronze and silver. I use a combination of Blender and NetFabb studio to design the items and an external company to print them. I am really really pleased with how they are turning out. I am starting to get a bit of media interest in the product line and a company that wishes to launch the line properly! Very exciting.

Very nice Louise! I’m curious as to what processes the firm is using, my father and I had a nightmare with casting and CNC firms when working to get a design from wood and plastic prototypes to metal.

Thanks. It is 3D printed wax models followed by metal casting. I have seen good things from the printers using the metal laser melting system but have not yet used them.
