3D printed Cleven’s Pocket Ratchet Wrench and decided to mill out a tray/holder for it out of walnut.

It’s crazy that you can produce such work on your own. Did you do two pass on the box, it looks very clean.
Thank you! I did a spiral lead in move with a depth of cut of .070" using a 1/4" 4 flute endmill at a feedrate of 75in/min.
Doing a spiral lead in move keeps the z axis moving which reduces/stops the visible cuts.
