3D printed Nylon bracket for wheel barrel and black ABS sleeve
Might be better off notching the arm, putting the axle in the notch, and covering it with a straight (more durable) slab of ABS screwed as this one is. Then the ARM takes the load instead of the insignificant white piece.
Is this for a trailor? If that is wood like I think it is, a second piece of lumber with some bolts may work great. I am concerned that the nylon might snap. At least flip it over? Or would it be better if the nylon snapped instead of the wood?

@Don_Melanson saw picture. Too close up to know what IS am looking at.

That picture is upside down, so all the weight will be pushing up towards the wood. It looks like the factory bracket that is on mine. Wonder what happened to the old bracket they hold up pretty well. Do you measure the old bracket and do trial and error or do you have a 3-d scanner?
Drew up model from old bracket
That is awesome! My kind of 3d printing
