The Smithsonian took a 3D portrait of President Obama at the White House. It’s the highest resolution digital model of a head of state.

That would be a reasonable person’s assumption.
Interesting that they used two different scanning methods. One was a backup? Also, the model was never released. Which is lame and not at all surprising.
@Shachar_Weis It’s probably a security issue. Imagine being able to create a perfect mask of the president.
