When it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, It’s probably a duck. This looks fishy and sounds fishy. that red square on the statue knew what it was scanning before they pointed the camera. The Microsoft brand and an iPhone not a windows phone. When @Thomas_Sanladerer gets the app and says it works I’ll believe it.
