@ 8:20 - “So, Bre, when you came up with the concept of a 3D printer…”

Rage…infuriating rage…

Let the baby have his bottle, and the rest of us will go build the future

And then, of course, the next segment is about scary 3D printed guns. How imaginative. :stuck_out_tongue:

I think now MBI and Bre are pupet, and part of corprate game.

Lets wait and see, how the time will roll, many big monsters died slow death because of not able to keep pace with the community.

It kills me how he just sat there grinning and answered the question without making any correction. Did he just verbally break open source license agreements… aside from taking credit for all the previously patented ideas. Ironic considering his comments in an interview regarding the Stratasys lawsuit

He started out so cool, but now I see him as a talking (and lying) head.
Why can’t they get @Brook_Drumm or somebody else who ‘gets’ the community on these shows?

They should have gotten the guy that made the first stereolithography based 3D printer or the guy who made the reprap or the guy that made the “spit ball” style 3D printer to speak at the end of the segment…or at least asked him a correct question. If they were going to ask this question, they should have followed up with “Oh wait…you did not invent the idea”.

On a technical note, you can’t ever tell when someone is answering a question or making an unrelated statement. Of course, he should have corrected the lady. I suggest people fill his email with requests to fess up on youtube and email the lady the link.

Since the personal/home 3d printing market is booming, The entire show is for marketing on the corporate media. (MBI should have paid for this,).

I think instead of getting we should see some way to invalidate the patents, which they copied from the community .
