A ChiliPeppr user named fl@c@ just sent me a picture of a TQFP32 board he made from ChiliPeppr’s Eagle BRD Import. He is getting better results than he ever got from the pcb2gcode plugin most of the world uses inside Eagle because ChiliPeppr lets you “deflate” your paths. He’s using a novel vinyl cutting technique with a diode laser to create his masks for etching. I can’t believe the picture he sent. Those are gorgeous results.
