A few more videos - this time with 35% more FPS. Unfortunately, the camera having a bastard of a time focusing on it is blurring it up a little bit. Also, the color reproduction isn’t quite right for what i’m seeing here.
I’ll just have to figure out a way to get these into people’s hands and on their walls

How many leds are this? How many layers do you use? Where comes these little curly/twisted structure from?

390 LEDs - no layers

I mean it like how many different noise/effect layers. On the top I see a noise controlling brightness, underneath a noise with a bigger scale value for the color. Beside that I see something going on along the coiled strip.
Probably only an illusion. Do you touch the saturation as well?
Brightness and hue noise with scale/speed/etc parameters controlled by about half a dozen oscillators - and that’s it
Oh, and saturation is at 192
Oh, and no constraining on either of the noise values - I’m just very zoomed in (the scale oscillators go between 300-7000 and i’m using 16 bit noise, which means the coordinates are 16.16 32bit integers - i could probably switch to 32 bit noise if i wanted to zoom in even further…)

quarter inch styrofoam with a 1/8" acrylic sign material on top
