A minor modification to my ShapeOko CNC machine. I had to engrave a larger piece than my workspace.
I dropped the waste board by the same depth as the work piece so that the carriage plates would not hit the work piece.

Did you then create separate runs of gcode for each line as you manually indexed the lines of engraving? Were you able to do the border on CNC or did you do that by hand with a regular router?

@Bruce_Lunde yes. This was broken into two jobs. Both center aligned and ¾" away from the edge.
The wood edge was pre-routered prior to starting.
