A new failure mode, or at least it’s new by me.

The filament appears to have snapped off at the mouth of the bowden tube and was then pushed out between the idler bearing and the extruder body for the rest of the print.

It has made for a pretty curl of filament, but a complete failure of a print. Oops.

Ah that’s not a failure, when it makes the curly fila to the floor THEN it’s a failure… been there done that. :frowning:
