Hi Steve - very cool work. Do you have a blog with updated info? What is the backstory on this project? As in what would you be using it for? I have been designing interfaces that control addressable LEDs over DMX for some time now.
Just my Facebook timeline. About a year and a half ago I went to see a friend of mine play at a bar. Her bass player had a ported fender amp that pulsed a single color in the cabinet that you could see from the opening at the bottom of the amp. After several months of looking around I decided to make my own electronics project and have the lights programmable and reactive. I have an it background but didn’t know much about electronics. Working on this project has definitely taught me a lot!
