FR4 plate?

Vetronite

@Stefano_Corinaldesi Which type of Vetronite? And how easily does the built object come off the building plate in the end?

easy to remove, is standard wanhao vetronite. add value is type of filament

@Stefano_Corinaldesi
So yes, FR4 :wink:

I also use FR4 and can’t be more happy. Costs only a few cent and lasts forever. And works awesome for all filaments. Only for flexible filaments you should cover it with glue stick. Otherwise you can’t remove your print.

What is the highest bed temperature you use? And does it also work with Taulmann’s nylon filament? I use Tufnol for that.
Using FR4 single-side PCB material with the copper side towards the bed heating could also improve the equal spreading of the heat - which comes pretty spotty otherwise some times.

I think I see clear panels on that printer. What temperature is it inside?

@Dale_Dunn I don’t know, bed on 120°C

@Ulrich_Kliegis Sorry I haven’t tested taulamen nylons, I tested my nulon and used special raft material, bed worked at 120°C

I’ve used Taulman bridge on my FR4 plate. Works very well in my case.

@Sven_Eric_Nielsen good
