Advice needed.

Some Calibration done.
60m/s
180 Deg PLA
6mm retraction
355 Esteps
0.95 extrusion multiplier.
First photo is the bottom.
Second and third are sides
Last is the top layer.

Any advice to make it better?

You’ll notice that the seam (where Z lifts for the next layer is pulled upwards.

Any advice in that?

I suggest you try calibrate filament extrusion like i did in this video and then reprint the 100% infill cube and compare the results. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ls3B97IHyg

When top layers curl up at the corners, they also need better cooling and/or more time to cool down before nozzle goes across them in the next layer. Many practical hints are also at http://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/

@Trhuster , I’ll give that calibration method a go.

I’ll post back with results.

6mm retraction? Seems very high. Is that a .1 layer height?
I would try slowing down a little, add more cooling and incease wall thickness. Do you have the same problem if you print hollow or with low infill.?

This is a hollow cube.
I’ll try to slow it down.

I’m checking calibration of esteps again…

I calibrated again. Posting a new thread now with results.

I followed @Trhuster ’s advice with the youtube link.
