After 9 month development, we can offer now bioFila® a new bioplastic designed for 3D printing. The material is based on lignin, one off the components of wood and plants. The material is 100% bio-degrable and made by renewable raw-materials.
The main differences of the technical datas are the hardness and the Sharpy-values, which are much higher than for the existing materials. So the material offers new possibilities for the design of parts, which needs higher resistance against stress and pressure.
AND the materials has a new optic and haptic.
bioFila® silk has a shiny and silky optic and are usable for noble parts.
bioFila® linen has a more matt and even rough optic and haptic, depending on printing temperature.
