After a long day footering with my X, Y & Z step/mm settings I have finished the day with a 40mm Square & Circle cut out inside and outside. Cut with a 1.4mm dia bit. I am observing some slightly wider than expected cuts. I think this is to do with the quality of the dremel look a like and seating of the collet. I think there is 0.2 to 0.4mm play on the diameter of the cutter. Other than that a very successful day :slight_smile:

Yes CamBam. I found easel cut too small. However I suspect that was because it was the first go at easel!

My Makita 700 with all four collets (6 & 8 mm and 1/4 & 3/8") arrived last night. A job for the weekend.
