why not use normal profiles ?

Because with motedis profile + whells can make only design same quadrap where have a grantry and double carriage for side for have stable motion a V profile permit motion with motion with single profile. Price from makergal and standard motedis profile are same…i prefer gslot for motion or ob but used in my qr standard motedis profile.

nice info
did you test profiles assembled in diagonal (1/8 turned around the same axis) ?

You’ve got a lot of slop in that X axis.

Belts are very loose. They need to be tightened.

Greg know it  anyway thx for it!

What’s the difference between gslot and V-Slot? That it’s made in Galicia(Spain) and sold by makergal?
From the website it looks like it accepts regular nuts and T-nuts in there slot. Kind of a cross between makerbeam(regular nuts only) and V-Slot.
Whatever do you mean by “qr standard”? Motedis.com doesn’t have any profile type with that name.

@Marcus_Wolschon you show all difference , both are opensource, big differece are angle of V , gslot use standard m4 nut for lock, Gslot is european profile made and produced in Spain and same for wheels but in Italy.
Sorry not “QR standard " but “standard Motedis " T-slot 6b profiles QR =” QUADRAP 3d printer project /community”.

@Greg_Nutt update video but some slop remain . i need check eccentrics and feel need move on 4 wheels for X bridge https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpjTMcE8xpc
