After one year, my original heatbed is being changed to the newer MK2B PCB Heat Bed. I am sick of waiting for the bed to heat up!!
That seems like a cheap upgrade. There’s exposed traces on the top, though, right? Mine bolts under my aluminum bed so it would need a strip of Kapton or something to insulate the exposed top side traces, I think. Is the lower edge the only place where there are traces on the “top” of the board?
I hate slowly heating beds!! Drives one mad waiting for temp.
@Understanding_3D_Pri jepp! because you can mount it both ways right?! But it is only exposed where you are mounting your wires, on both sides
Kapton tabe woult probobly work great, but you could also remove the aluminium there, it would make the wires come out smoother also 
@Christopher_Deschamp Sure does! the old took 1 hr to heat up to 30 degrees…
