After replacing the nozzles, the extrusions are nice and sharp. No sign of stretching/tearing that I was seeing when the nozzle diameter in the slicer was mismatched to the actual nozzle which had gotten 2x wider! The volume of plastic may still be the same, but the resulting accuracy in plastic placement is far better!
