Just looking at this, and with the name, I thought it was some sort of pneumatic-logic engine. Which would have been cool! But this is computation ABOUT air data. Alas.

It is up to you to decide which is the cooler application :-). Regarding the acronym ADC, it is commonly used.

Many parts involved into the project have been 3D printed, for example the pitot flange.
