Alloy 910 used for a remix of a B'struder Arm motor mount,

Alloy 910 used for a remix of a B’struder Arm motor mount, extremely happy with the quality of this filament. Clear is Alloy 910, the orange is HB Orange PLA test model for comparison. In the center behind everything, the core of my pivoting extruder setup prototype. Motor goes between the uprights, bearings go in the holes just above a NEMA 17 center of mass…

Last image is the raw unadulterated truth about the stringing, but it was only my 3rd print and 2nd adjustment and it cleans up with a hobby knife and heatgun quite easily. Heat slightly to make strings melt back on themselves into little balls, cut away, not a huge problem as they are consistently thin and dont have wide bases connecting them. They are true strings from filament that just does not want to separate, not over extrusion. Playing with the heat and coast and wipe settings to try and tame them but I am OK with the results so far as the part needs to be strong and resist heat and all the stringing is inner surfaces (start point closest to an x,y point>on delta 0,0 to make all starts closest to center of object in build area coordinates, farthest away from external surface as possible).

also, sorry, my camera… ugh, need a better camera than a phone!
