What material are your printing?
And are you sure your thermistors are reporting the correct temperatures?

Okay, I don’t have any experience with nylon. However I’d recommend that you use a fume hood or at least put your printer in a well-ventilated area since nylon emits some pretty nasty fumes if I recall correctly.

Retraction on nylon won’t really help, at printing temperatures it’ll run out of the hot end like it was water. On my nylon profile I completely disable retraction and just turn the non-print move speed up as high as I can go without getting overshoot. It (almost totally) fixes the stringing problem.
