Alright here are some print/simplify3D pictures to show the effect of what time talking about, and why Im annoyed about it.
One thing I noticed is I have .3mm z lift in between retracts, which means theres a pause at layer changes. Im wondering if thats what I’m seeing is ooze at that z lift. I really want 500mm/sec rapids so I dont have to mess with retract anymore…

I’d say that could be a humidity problem exacerbating a retraction problem.

This stuff just got baked a day ago, and its showing up in multiple rolls. I thought about that too, Ive tried this with 4 rolls and 3 brands all either fresh or just baked, trying to eliminate variables.
Looks like your calibration is a little off. And bowden tubes are known for having retraction issues. You might need more at a higher speed.
