Alright, I am struggling guys. I am still working on the adoptabot. But no matter what I change in Marlin I am getting mirrored parts. Normally I would just changed motor direction and home direction and get everything fixed. But for the life of me it’s not working.

Anybody a guru at Marlin for a Printrboard F5? I have an old version of Marlin because the version by j-laird for his pi-link project is the only version I can get working serial on the EXP header to talk to the LCD.

Any help is appreciated.

Hmm. Why printer are we talking about? They have all the hex files up for F5 firmware.

I can’t see why the stock simple profile wouldn’t work without a few tweaks. That’s really odd… is that the one you’re currently using(

@Griffin_Paquette ​ it is a simple pro prototype, but with an F5 board, not g2 board.

But printrboards don’t run serial on the Tx/Rx pins by default. So the default hex files do me no good.

So I got HW Serial working on the latest Marlin in the Printrbot GitHub. Reversing axis and home to Y-max work as expected. So I think I am good :slight_smile:
