I believe you are currently in violation of the GPL, which Marlin (et al) were relased under.

@Thomas_Sanladerer don’t want to violate any rules please explain I am lost

The GNU GPL is a license that was created to foster the use of open source software. If used, it requires the author of the software to release the full source code, but consequentially also requires everyone who distributes modified or unmodified versions of the software to make the source code of the distributed software available under the terms of the GPL as well.
Since you are shipping the Rigidbot with the Marlin firmware and the printrun host, you need to make your modified versions available to the public as well. If you don’t comply to that, you lose the right to use the software released under the GPL.
So basically, you’re not allowed to ship a bot.

OK, now I understand I am only just a backer of this project . however based on updates by the creator of the project all modified software used will be released to the public.

Oh sorry, i thought you were part of the Rigidbot team as you’r elisted as the owner of the G+ community.
But please do ask the Rigidbot guys about this if you get a chance.

Yes, I am the owner of the community but just a backer as wanted help to promote the project. I will surely pass on the information
