I have some 86500 batteries and printing battery holders for them. I ordered the battery clips for the ends from Amazon. I received the padded envelope but when I opened it, nothing was inside! They are only a $7.00 item but of course it is the principle of the matter. I was able to get a refund by talking to a chat bot. Of all the return options, empty package is not one of them.
