And ABS now sticks to Kapton again, amazing how crucial idler tension is to this. That black part is now my 4th idler, they keep snapping but I love that I can totally remove it with just one wing nut. Maybe a design change needed. This one is also PLA rather than ABS, so we’ll see if that changes anything.
I have been threw 4 eckerteck idlers in the last 2 and 1/2 years. I do crank mine down though. I need the replacement cushion. Mine is bout squeezed out
