another XMachines Lorei Duo print:

2 Benchies with some identical defects, but overall I think rather successful.

I’ll print this again after tweaking other settings as suggested by folks here in the past (retraction, filament density, etc). If anything in this print screams at you that i’ve got a ‘low hanging fruit’ fix to make in my settings, though, i’m all ears (err… eyes?)

Wonder if they do this to food ?

@heather_dawn_pipke they already do, at least with SOME food. I’ve seen videos of 3D chocolate printers, able to create portraits by mixing light and dark into many gradients and building fancy lattice work sculptures - all edible and all pretty much impossible prior to 3D printing of food

It’s easier to notice defects if you don’t use translucent material.
