Any advice on adding strength? I need to print a hinge with spring tension for a load bearing headmount.

Wow, that’s exactly the kind of thing I need to see, awesome! Thanks @Thomas_T_Sorensen I can print recessed or hidden channels for wrapping carbon fiber where the stress points occur when the ‘facehugger’ is mounted on your head.

I don’t think so. 3d printing is a big market, but not Apple big.
