Back 3 looked like they weren’t even hitting their probe points no? That would def cause this issue. You didn’t change the bed size did you?
No
same on the middle 3 its off on the probe position
Try lowering the probe a bit and try it again.
Hmm have you googled/checked the Prusa forums to see if someone else has had the same issue? Never come across this before here.
Are you sure you y-axis pulley is well tighten?
@Griffin_Paquette yes and i cant seem to find anything
@Miguel_Sanchez i did. Its pretty tight sounds like a guitar string
I do not mean if the belt is tensioned but if the pulley is firmly tighten to the motor shaft. it seems there is a shift in the scan pattern so motor is either missing steps of pulley is sliding over the shaft …
The support guys on Prusa shop offer 24/7 support and are usually quite good helping out. You use the chat window on their web.
Oh yeah i checked that too. Its tight
I did. After 4 days they told me to send an email
I’m with @Keith_Applegarth – try lowering the probe a little.
My probe is noticeably closer to the nozzle height than Prusa’s instructions say, but it has to be as otherwise that calibration sequence tries to dive deep into the bed…
@Mark_Wheadon ditto.
@Mark_Wheadon while i try to fix my issue my PINDA is actually at the same height as my nozzle. But because it moves too far on the Y axis it misses the points entirely and drives into the bed anyways
Are you using the provided software from Prusa? Sounds like the bed size is off…
I am. I finally decided to change steps per mm from 100 to 95 and ran xyz calibration which was successful. Then i changed back to 100 steps per mm and i was able to start a print successfully. Idk what happened
Had to use blue tape because all this calibrating finally messed up my PEI BAD
missing/deleted image from Google+
You can replace the PEI sheet, you know…
