Hey, that’s a neat machine. I suspect it’s going to be too flexible for steel, but if you’re running high spindle speed and low depth of cut it’s probably going to be acceptable for aluminum once you play with it a bit. It’d be nice if they said what sort of spindle it is: whether it’s an ER11 or ER22 or whatever. That’ll give you an idea of what diameter of cutting bit they think it can handle. Gantry designs are also somewhat easier to provide enclosures for, and adding a blower/mister/coolant system onto it shouldn’t be too difficult.

How important is the Wattage of the motor? Doni really need 2200W or could I go with a smaller one

If you do go that way, please share your experience, from unboxing thru assembly thru first cut!

2200watt @ 110v
Is 20-25 amp

I purchased a similar bundle.

Just be warned that these CNC packages most likely dont come with manuals. Mine did not. So you would need to search for something online. While seller was very helpful in getting it to work I had to dump and replace the controller(which looks crappy anyway). You need to search for the VFD drive wiring and setup guide as well.

The machine is very solid/rigid. Even for just the machine itself the price I paid was well worth it. Use the “Make offer” to knock down the price a bit.
