Any recommendation direct extruder? I use v6 hotend and thinking buy Titan extruder with nema17 motor.
Any better choices and happy to hear something arguments better ones

If You’re open for experimentations, I recommend trying a bowden configuration. I switched to bowden about 3 years ago, it can run much faster because You don’t carry the motor everywhere and its almost silent so You can print 80mm/sec with a v6 extruder all night long without disturbing the Mrs… some 250mm/sec will still be noisy and some flexible materials will be out of the selection but it’s worth it.
My personal recommendation, is the Bondtech BMG.
Yes BMG. Titan is a flawed design.
